There is no additional charge for registrants to attend the awards banquet dinner held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Those who register and pay on or before January 20, 2026 will receive a $25 discount per attendee (early bird rate). Those who register after the close of business on July 17, 2026 will be charged an additional $100 late fee. Those who register 5 or more attendees at one time and make their payment prior to the close of business on July 17, 2026 will receive a group discount of $25 per attendee.
Dinner Banquet Guest ($100.00)
The awards banquet dinner will take place the evening of Wednesday, August 19, 2026 and is provided at no cost to conference attendees. Attendees who wish to have accompanying guests, must purchase a ticket for each of those guests. Each plate will include beef & chicken.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made in writing (email preferred) and are subject to the refunds listed hereafter: 100% refund with more than 45 days’ notice; 90% refund with 45 to 30 days’ notice; 75% refund with 29 to 15 days’ notice; 50% refund with 15 to 2 days’ notice; no refunds with less than 2 days’ notice.
