There is no additional charge for registrants to attend the awards banquet dinner held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Those who register and pay on or before January 1, 2024 will receive a $25 discount per attendee (early bird rate). Those who register after the close of business on July 19, 2024 will be charged an additional $100 late fee. Those who register 5 or more attendees at one time and make their payment prior to the close of business on July 19, 2024 will receive a group discount of $25 per attendee. In order to take advantage of this group discount you must enter and apply the coupon code GROUP5 for each registrant. Do not use this coupon code unless you are registering 5 or more Conference Attendees at the same time.
Dinner Banquet Guest ($75.00)
The awards banquet dinner will take place the evening of Wednesday, August 21, 2024 and is provided at no cost to conference attendees. Attendees who wish to have accompanying guests, must purchase a ticket for each of those guests. Each plate will include beef & chicken.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made in writing (email preferred) and are subject to the refunds listed hereafter: 100% refund with more than 45 days’ notice; 90% refund with 45 to 30 days’ notice; 75% refund with 29 to 15 days’ notice; 50% refund with 15 to 2 days’ notice; no refunds with less than 2 days’ notice. Number of days is calculated by using the first date of the conference.
